Baker

We are currently looking to hire one person for this position.

Position Available: Seasonal; Part-Time or Full-Time
Shifts Available: Tuesday - Sunday; 4am to 12pm or 5am - 1pm

Responsibilities:
* Being able to self-start tasks
* Must be comfortable scaling ingredients, handling dough, and managing the morning bake before open
* Knowledge of basic baker’s math
* Shaping different styles of breads and pastries
* Recognizing when product needs to be made on the fly
* Communicating inventory with Front of House staff
* Receiving and putting away orders
* Cleaning and shutting down our kitchen space and all of our equipment
* Following all health code regulations and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space
* Be able to lift at least 50lbs

Starting Pay: $25/hour
