Her favorite ice cream that we make is Peanut Butter & Honey. She studied pastry and business at Southern New Hampshire University and uses her past kitchen experience to help develop new products for the shop. Her favorite ice cream that we make is a toss up between our Mint Taza Chip and Maple Blueberry.
